Thomas has a background in Organizational psychology, Design and Theory with deep roots in Customer, Employee and User Experience and Experience Management. As a master Service Design trainer and LEAN efficiency Green belt, he specializes in non-profit and for-profit, healthcare. He’s solved large, systemic issues rooted in the social determinants of health, poverty, addiction, homelessness, chronic illness, LGBTQ issues, teen pregnancy, and STDs in marginalized populations.
