Shaunté's background includes a master’s degree in design and certifications in Systems Engineering and Lean Practice. The impact of her work can be felt at organizations such as Stanford Hospital, NASA, and the NC Housing Authority. She is known for her unique approach that integrates futures thinking, systems thinking, and design thinking to unlock new possibilities.
As the founder of Empact Global, a problem-solving and service design consultancy, Shaunté leverages her expertise to drive transformative change. Beyond her professional achievements, she is an avid traveler, a mother of three, her husband’s dance partner, and a friend to many.
