Lucas Blondheim is a multi-certified, seasoned UX Designer, product design consultant, and digital technologist. He is the Founder and CEO of Fennec design studio. With over 13 years of experience in enterprise software design, product development, and digital marketing, he specializes in facilitating workshops through design thinking methodologies and is skilled in rapid prototyping, UX audit & evaluations, design operations, and agile ways of working.
Recently, Lucas has been designing solutions for the Salesforce platform ecosystem at both IBM iX and Salesforce.
During his 10 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Lucas led teams through AI product design, UX research and design, content development, and interactive digital marketing experiences. Lucas worked within several functions and business units at BCG including BCG GAMMA (now BCG X—the data science and AI business unit), Global Digital Experience Team, Global Marketing Analytics, & IT.
Lucas began his professional career as an actor after completing his degree at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, NY. He spent several years working as an actor and has appeared in NYC theater, regional theater, film, and TV. He is a Lifetime Member of The Actors Studio, having worked with multiple Academy Award winning actors.
